Hope After Suicide is a self-help support group and not affiliated with any religious group or denomination. Meetings are open to those who have lost friends or relatives by suicide. The goal of our group is to support each other toward healthy resolution of our grief. We extend the opportunity to express your feelings about the death without fear of judgment or censure. We offer support toward resolving your feelings of responsibility, guilt, self-doubt, failure, rejection, stigma, shame, anger, hostility, religious fears and your search for answers. We cannot take away your pain, but we can share it in an atmosphere of love, acceptance and reinforcement and direct you toward healing through this very complicated grieving process.
