This class provides CPR instruction for parents, grandparents and babysitters of infant and toddlers. Topics include accident prevention techniques, treatment of infant/child choking, and how to handle other emergencies.
CPR Classes in the Spanish language are also available.

Boot Camp For Dads

A unique workshop designed to help new dads answer questions and concerns before their baby arrives. Boot Camp veterans return with their 2-3 month old babies and show soon-to-be dads the ropes. A strong bond quickly develops between these men and peaks when the “vets” hand their babies to the expectant dads.
This class is offered once a month on a Saturday.
Cost: $20 per person (Includes a continental breakfast)
Breastfeeding

This class is designed for expectant parents who have made a decision to breastfeed and need the knowledge and skills necessary for a successful experience.

Childbirth Preparation - One Day

Big Brother/Big Sister

Children, three to six years of age, are prepared for their first meeting with their new baby in the hospital and learn to help care for him/her at home. Designed for one parent to be in attendance.

Our Babsysitting class teaches 11 to 14 year old Boys and Girls safe babysitting techniques. Students get hands on practice in basic lifesaving techniques, child development and age-appropriate activities.
Parents must sign student in and out both days. Please remember to bring a sack lunch on the second day. The first day hours are 9am to 12pm – Second Day Hours 9am-2pm. Students must be picked up promptly at the end of each class.
Includes CPR completion card, babysitting kit and workbook
