Look Good...Feel Better
The American Cancer society in partnership with the Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Assoc. and the National Cosmetology Assoc. will focus on personal appearance for women undergoing cancer treatment. A free makeup kit is provided. This class will focus on all the ways you can look and feel your best during your cancer journey - wigs, hats, scarves, make-up, clothing, skin and nail changes, nutrition, exercise, coping tips, etc. RSVP is required - call 1.800.227.2345.

When Cancer Enters Your Life
This sharing group is for everyone. Whether it is one who has cancer, a relative, friend, loved one or co-worker, this group is where you belong. Find support and encouragement from others who have had cancer enter their lives.
Meets the first Thursday of every month at 6:00 pm in the Professional Library.
Women with Cancer
A sharing support group for all women with any type of cancer. Your special needs will be addressed.
Meets the second Monday of every month at 7:00 pm in the Professional Library.
Breast Cancer Support
Breast cancer affects who a woman is - physically, mentally and spiritually. Come and share your concerns and support others. Breast cancer-related issues will be discussed.
Meets the fourth Monday of every month at 7:00 pm in the Professional Library.
Leukemia/Lymphoma/Myeloma Support Group
Support for people with leukemia, Hodgkins disease, non-Hodgkins lymphoma and Myeloma. Share your unique concerns and feelings. Lunch provided.
Meets the first Wednesday of every month at noon in the Professional Library.
Kidz Group
For kids ages 7-17, whose parent and/or loved one has cancer. Guided by a licensed therapist, hands-on techniques will be used to provide understanding and coping skills during this stressful time in their lives. Dinner provided. Registration is requested - call 909.865.9958.

Pomona Valley Ostomy Association
We are aware of the physical and emotional adjustments after ostomy surgery and offer mutual support, education and discussion for the "ostomates." Family or support people are welcome.
Meets the fourth Monday of every month at 7:00 pm in the Community Room.
Bereavement/Loss Support Group
For anyone who has suffered the loss of a loved one or who is experiencing the grieving process. Family members/friends welcome. For information, contact Inland Hospice Association at 909.399.3289.
