Integrateed Wellness Arts
This program will bring Mind, Body and Spirit together in creative ways of expression. All are welcome to experience healing through this integrated arts program. Each month features a different topic (Accupressure, Expressive Arts, Eastern Movements, etc.)
Meets every Wednesday at 9:30 am in the Community Room.
Creative Imagery & Deep Relaxation
Learn techniques for creative visualization and deep relaxation. This is beneficial for all people (patients, caregivers and/or supporters) with various types of illness and with handling everyday stresses. Please bring your own pillow and/or blanket and mat if it will help you relax.
Meets every Tuesday at 10:00 am in the Community Room.
Meditation for Everyone
Learn sitting mediation techniques and stretching sequences to renew energy and release tension. You will also hear about the value of meditation on your mind and body. Bring a mat if you have one and wear comfortable clothing.
Meets the Second Tuesday of every month at 2:00 pm in the Community Room.
Stretch and Yoga
This one-hour class is for all fitness levels. You will become more flexible, gain strength and improve balance and circulation. Great for anyone going through cancer treatment (and for anyone wanting to better their fitness level). Dress comfortably.
Meets every Monday at 3:00 pm in the Community Room. Meets every Wednesday at 11:00 am in the Community Room. Meets every Thursday at 5:00 pm in the Community Room.
Look Good...Feel Better
The American Cancer society in partnership with the Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Assoc. and the National Cosmetology Assoc. will focus on personal appearance for women undergoing cancer treatment. A free makeup kit is provided This class will focus on all the ways you can look and feel your best during your cancer journey - wigs, hats, scarves, make-up, clothing, skin and nail changes, nutrition, exercise, coping tips, etc. RSVP is requested - call 1.800.227.2345

Breast Prosthesis Display
This display, sponsored by the American Cancer Society, is for women seeking information on breast protheses, bras, lingerie and swimsuits.
Meets the Fourth Monday of every month. You can come anytime between Noon and 1:30 pm in the Community Room.
