Our Pomona Valley Health Centers in the Chino Valley are committed to providing the local region with medical care by offering its' many services in one location as well as access to PVHMC affiliated physicians and specialists. Since we first opened in November of 2000, as the Chino Hills Primary Care Center, we have been been providing quality healthcare to the families and employers of one of the most rapidly developing areas in the state.
Our Crossroads offices offer Family Medicine services staffed by Premier Family Medicine physicians in addition to Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine. Urgent Care patients who currently do not have a primary care physician will now have the opportunity of selecting and designating a primary care physician from the Premier Family Medicine medical group. At PVHC-Crossroads you’ll also find on-site radiology with the most advanced digital imaging available. Pomona Valley Health Center at Crossroads is located at 3110 Chino Avenue at the 71 Freeway in Chino Hills.
