About Us

Dedicated exclusively to the rehabilitative needs of children, Milestones offers full service Pediatric Physical Therapy, Pediatric Occupational Therapy, and Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology services. Both individual treatment sessions and group classes are available. We accept most insurance, including Blue Cross PPO, and will work to get you authorization if needed. Cash rates are also available. Our therapists work closely with area Pediatricians and the San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center. Referrals are required.

Group Classes at Milestones

A variety of group classes are available ranging from infant to school age. All groups are led by licensed PVHMC Pediatric Physical, Occupational and/or Speech Therapists. Classes meet once a week for six weeks and cost $210 per 6-week session, unless otherwise noted. Session dates vary. Call (909) 621-7956 for enrollment information and availability.

BABY-CISE exercise and activities for infants and pre-mature babies addresses topics such as self regulation, baby cues, positioning, infant massage, tummy time, feeding, toy choices and transitional movements.

MAKING & KEEPING FRIENDS (ages 2-4 years old) emphasizes social play and communication skills.

MAKING & KEEPING FRIENDS (ages 4-5 years old) emphasizes social play and communication skills.

READY TO WRITE is based on the "Handwriting Without Tears" program, building foundations using a multi-sensory and developmental approach emphasizing posture, grasp and visual perceptual skills. Appropriate for ages 5-8 years old.

LET'S EAT is for children ages 3-5 years old who have difficulties with eating.

STRETCH & BEND Cerebral Palsy Group focuses on strengthening, flexibility and socialization.

BALANCE, FITNESS & FRIENDS are small group exercise classes with an emphasis on socialization.

ACTIVATE & ACCELERATE Down Syndrome Group focuses on gross motor advancement with socialization.

FEEDING IS FUN is designed for toddlers ages 18 mo. to 3 years old with eating difficulties.

VACATION CAMP incorporates gross motor, fine motor, sensory integration, team work and social skills using a multi-disciplinary approach. Classes meet three days a week for three weeks. Cost is $150 per week.
