Milestones Center for Child Development has moved to the Pomona Valley Health Center (PVHC) Claremont. PVHC offers ample parking, an elevator to the second floor, and a large pediatric rehabilitation clinic with specialized areas to fit the needs of our young patients. In addition ... our adult physical therapy clinic, imaging services, urgent care, sleep center, pharmacy and many other medical services are conveniently located in the same building. About Us
Dedicated exclusively to the rehabilitative needs of children,
Milestones provides full service pediatric physical therapy, pediatric
occupational therapy, and pediatric speech-language pathology. We offer
individualized and collaborative treatment sessions, plus family education
regarding home support between treatments.
Most insurance plans are accepted and we will work to get you authorization if needed. Cash rates are also available. Our therapists work closely with area Pediatricians, the Inland Regional Center and the San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center. Referrals are required.

Our Milestones Staff
All of the pediatric therapists at Milestones are highly trained and experienced PVHMC Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists. We are California Children's Services (CCS) paneled and licensed.
