Junior Volunteers

Are you a high school student considering a future in the medical field? Do you enjoy helping others and learning new things? Pomona Valley Hospital’s Junior Volunteer Program may just be the place for you to make new friends, and make a difference.  If accepted as a Junior Volunteer, you will be assigned a 3-hour shift once per week and must commit to volunteer a minimum of 1 year.

College Students

The College Volunteer Program at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center is designed to provide students pursuing a medically related career in college with an opportunity to gain first hand experience in a hospital environment. Student volunteers provide needed assistance to the medical, nursing, and ancillary staff as well as to our patients and their families. The College Volunteer Program is not meant for the purpose of job/career training, nor is it meant to lead to paid employment at PVHMC.

College Students

Students interested in a medically related career that have completed at least 1 semester of college may apply for this program.
We have reached the maximum number of application submissions at this time.  Please come back to this page to request an application on June 15, 2015.  The link will be posted at that time and will be removed again when we receive the maximum number of requests for that time.  Not all requests will be accepted.
If accepted as a Volunteer, you will be assigned to a four-hour shift once per week and must commit to complete a minimum of 100 hours of service.
