The Sweet Success Program

The Sweet Success Program has been a State of California Diabetes and Pregnancy Program affiliate for over ten years. Our Sweet Success Program has a staff of health care professionals that assist pregnant women manage a diabetic condition and improve the outcome of their pregnancy. The program offers dietary counseling, blood glucose monitoring, and medication/insulin education.

The Sweet Success Program is for patients:

  • Who have diabetes and want to become pregnant, or
  • Who have diabetes and are already pregnant, or
  • Who have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes during pregnancy
Services are available by doctor referral only at the Women’s Center at Pomona Hospital Medical Center or Women’s Health Services at Chino Hills.  For more information about the Sweet Success Program call: 909.865.9754
