Stroller Strides

| Stroller Strides is a stroller fitness program where moms can work out with their babies, offering a way to get in shape, be with the baby, and meet other moms. The classes consist of a Power Walk combined with body sculpting exercise using exercise tubing, the stroller, and the environment. The classes are designed to accommodate all levels of fitness and are held at a park in the community. |

| This 3-hour class is designed for the parent unable to attend a class series. It prepares the parent with hands-on learning. Parents will learn: comfort measures in labor, Breathing and relaxation techniques, and the role of the support person. Parents will go home with a Childbirth Class on DVD which includes the lecture portion of the class. |

| This fast-paced class is designed for parents who are unable to attend the five-week class series or those needing a refresher course. The labor and birth process will be emphasized. Cost is $ 80 per couple or $ 100 with Birth Ball. Registration is recommended by the sixth month of pregnancy. Bring a sack lunch. |

| There are many reasons for a Cesarean Section. The main goal is to deliver a healthy baby and have a healthy mother. Our class prepares families for what to expect for their special delivery. Cost is $ 20 per couple. |

Infant/Child CPR

| This class provides CPR certification for parents, grandparents and babysitters. Topics include accident prevention techniques, treatment of infant/child choking, and other infant/child emergencies. This class is also available in Spanish. Registration fee is $20.00 per person. (Includes workbook and CPR completion card) |

Boot Camp For Dads

| A unique workshop designed to help new dads "hit the ground crawling" before their first baby arrives, and head in the right direction with his new family. Boot Camp veterans return with their 2-3 month old babies and show soon-to-be-dads the ropes. A strong bond quickly develops between these men and peaks when the "vets" hand their babies to the expectant dads. Cost is $ 20.00 per person, which includes a continental breakfast. |

Big Brother/Big Sister

| Children, three to six years of age, are prepared for their first meeting with the new baby in the hospital and learn to help care for him/her at home. Designed for one or both parents to be in attendance. Cost for this event is $10.00 for one child, $5.00 for each additional child. |

Safe Sitter Class

| Our Babysitting class teaches adolescent 11-13 year old girls and boys safe babysitting techniques. Students get hands-on practice in basic lifesaving techniques and receive information on child development and age-appropriate activities.
The cost for this class is $40.00 per person (Includes CPR completion card, workbook and babysitting kit). |

Baby Express

| Designed to help parents get ready for the new baby experience. It includes: car seat safety, breastfeeding basics, baby care, bathing, diapering and the Happiest Baby class, which helps new parents learn how to calm and soothe a baby. Every parent will go home with a parent kit, which includes a choice of The Happiest Baby on the Block VHS or DVD and Soothing Sounds CD, a $ 40 retail value. Cost is $ 40 per couple. |
