TRANSITIONAL CARE UNIT REHABILITATION

The Transitional Care Unit (TCU) at PVHMC offers continuity in the recovery and rehabilitation process following inpatient admissions. This unit on the sixth floor of the hospital offers a full rehabilitation complement of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology.
