| PVHMC’s volunteer Chaplaincy service provides non-denominational pastoral support and counseling to the entire hospital community. Volunteer chaplains consist of both ordained and lay persons. |
| Energetic volunteers to assist in the PVHMC Emergency Department. Volunteers assist staff and help families deal with trauma situations. Very busy, lots of walking, bending, carrying and lifting involved (great exercise!) |
| So much time, so little to do. Help our patients amuse themselves with our hospitality cart. Visit with patients, bring them books, magazines, word puzzles, etc. Feel free to offer their visitors a cup of coffee. It's on the house. |
