Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center’s contract with Anthem Blue Cross terminated on August 15, 2008. We have exhausted every effort to reach a new agreement. However, PVHMC is committed to assisting Blue Cross patients in their ongoing access and coverage at the hospital.
