Comprised of three distinct services, PVHMC's Montclair facility offers physical therapy services as well as an affiliated Urgent Care Center and a new Open MRI.

The seperately licensed Urgent Care Center provides physical exams, immunizations and blood testing. The Center is also the occupational health provider for many local employers. The Physical Therapy services are an extension of the main Hospital's extensive program. The Open MRI is an expansion of the comprehensive Radiology department at Pomona Valley Hospital.
