Viral test (PCR) for COVID-19 - Test is performed at the Pomona Fairplex (Drive-thru is available 7 days a week)

Viral testing (PCR) tests for Covid-19 active disease using a nasal swab sample. The only test being performed is for Covid-19.

Antibody IgG Test for COVID-19 - Antibody Test is performed at Pre-Admit Testing on the First Floor of the Robert and Beverly Lewis Outpatient Pavilion

Antibody testing (IgG) tests for a past COVID-19 infection. The only test being performed is looking for antibodies for Covid-19 indicating you may have had a previous Covid-19 infection.

RESULTS

You will be notified on the results of both tests.

• Pomona Fairplex – you will be notified via email/text - per your email/text on the Testing Registration
• PVHMC Laboratory – you may view your results using the Patient Portal on the PVHMC Website

CONSENT - I agree to have results released to PVHMC OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH

Appointments will be scheduled in random order and you will be notified via the email you provide prior to the dates that you can be tested. The email will include instruction for both tests.

While the testing is available to all Associates, please be patient as it will take time to schedule appointments for all who want to be tested over the coming weeks and months.
