Volunteer at PVHMC!

Want to get involved at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center? We are looking for active adults who want to make a big difference in the community.

PVHMC is hosting a fall Volunteer recruitment drive for the Auxiliary, and we want you on our volunteer team! PVHMC Volunteers provide services throughout the hospital, and there’s a place for everyone. Meet amazing new people, stay connected to the community while you serve, and help make a difference in the lives of the patients and families that walk through the door of PVHMC.

The Auxiliary was founded in 1937 by 24 volunteers, dedicated to serving the Hospital. Since its birth, the primary goal is to further the best interests of Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center, and to support the Hospital in everything it provides to the community. With Volunteer services and fund raising through events, partnerships with local businesses, the Tender Touch Gift Shop, and more, the Auxiliary continues the legacy of support to this day.

As a nationally recognized and accredited 412-bed, not-for-profit community medical center and trauma center, PVHMC is proud to serve residents in eastern Los Angeles and western San Bernardino counties. We best serve our community with our Volunteers by our side and we need you!

There is a perfect match for you at the Hospital, and we will help you discover it. Volunteers can serve patients and their families directly and indirectly. Be placed based on your strengths and comfort level. Options range from playing live music, driving a shuttle, serving the Tender Touch Gift Shop, and much more. We have a special place for you at PVHMC.

Our work is not the same without the amazing and critical support of our Volunteers, which is why we are asking you to join our team. We aim to bring together a group of good hearted individuals wanting to do more for their community.
