At Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center, the Guardian Angel Recognition Program gives grateful patients, their families, and friends the opportunity to support their Hospital while paying tribute to their special health care provider.
Who Are Providers?
The provider is anyone at the Hospital who has made a difference to the patient or family:
- Physician
- Nurse
- Tech
- Volunteer, Board Member, Executive
- Admitting
- Housekeeping
- Maintenance
- Anyone!
Nominated Guardian Angels are recognized with a presentation in their Department or Medical Office, a commemorative certificate, a letter from our President/CEO and a Guardian Angel pin and badge holder.
