Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center Remains In-Network with Health Net

Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center (PVHMC) remains a contracted hospital provider with Health Net of California, Inc., for HMO, PPO, Medi-Cal HMO and Covered California HMO and PPO health plans.

Health Net members may have received a letter in the mail notifying them that PVHMC is no longer in-network, effective September 16, 2025. This information has been updated to reflect that PVHMC is an in-network hospital provider.

This means that all Health Net members will maintain access to the providers they currently see, as well as the full spectrum of high-quality inpatient and outpatient services offered at PVHMC and its affiliated Pomona Valley Health Centers in Claremont, La Verne Chino Hills and Pomona, which offer primary care, urgent care, adult and pediatric rehabilitation services, imaging, sleep medicine and more.

“Individuals and families within the Health Net network should be reassured that they will continue to have access to our team of expert, compassionate providers and caregivers and the nationally recognized, critical health care services we offer,” said Richard E. According to Health Net, members can expect to receive an updated letter that confirms PVHMC as in-network. Access to services will remain uninterrupted in the interim.
