
The number one cause of preventable death after an injury is bleeding. A person can bleed to death in minutes. This free one-hour course, hosted by Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center's Trauma Services team, will teach you to recognize and control life-threatening bleeding in order to save a life.

A Matter of Balance (MOB) is an evidence-based program designed to reduce the fear of falling and increase activity levels among older adults. Many older adults experience a fear of falling. People who develop this fear often limit their activities, which can result in physical weakness, making the risk of falling even greater.
