Having a baby is a life-changing experience! This 3-week series is designed to prepare you for labor, birth, and bringing your baby home.

The event lasts 2 hours and 30 minutes
Preparing for your labor and birth by taking classes will build your confidence and ease your fears. This 3-week series includes:
Week 1
Childbirth Preparation:
- Support the person's role
- Comfort measures
- Pain management
- Breathing and relaxation techniques
Week 2
Baby Express (Newborn Baby Care):
- Diaper changes
- Why do babies cry?
- Umbilical cord and circumcision care
- Tummy time/SIDS prevention
Week 3
Breastfeeding:
- Dispel common breastfeeding myths
- Establish your milk flow
- How to know if your baby is getting enough to eat
- Feeding cues
