Pilates is designed to help you reach a personal healthy activity level after cancer treatment. Pilates uses gentle, low-impact exercise to help improve posture, flexibility, endurance, and core strength.
Space is limited. Priority is provided to Cancer Care Center patients.
This class is held every Friday from 11 am to 12 pm, except on holidays, and is held in the Robert and Beverly Lewsis Family Cancer Care Center- Community Room.
