Breastfeeding Guidance When You're Home

Once you’re home, it’s normal to have new questions as your baby’s feeding patterns change. To help you continue breastfeeding successfully, we offer ongoing support through our Lactation Center and telehealth support.

Lactation Center Follow-Up Support

Parents can schedule appointments after discharge for in-person assistance with:

• Latching difficulties
• Low or oversupply concerns
• Pumping routines and flange fitting
• Weighted feeds to check milk transfer
• Any breastfeeding challenges during the first weeks

The Lactation Center is open Monday through Friday by appointment only. For appointments or any other breastfeeding questions or concerns, our Breastfeeding Information Line is at 909.623.6455.

Postpartum Telehealth Support

Our telehealth postpartum program is available for up to one year after your baby's birth. Part of this support is breastfeeding and lactation education and support.
