Pregnancy and Postpartum Support Group

Our free Pregnancy & Postpartum Support Group provides a safe, supportive space for expectant and new parents to connect, share experiences, and gain guidance during this transformative time.

In this group for pregnant and new moms, we will:

  • Discuss stress, depression, anxiety, and challenges adjusting to pregnancy and parenthood
  • Learn practical coping skills, relaxation techniques, and communication strategies
  • Support recovery from pregnancy and birth, both physically and emotionally
  • Help you feel well and confident as you navigate your new role

How It Works

  • Virtual Access: Sessions are held online via Zoom for your convenience
  • Facilitated by Experts: Led by trained pregnancy and postpartum support professionals
  • Interactive and Supportive: Share your experiences, ask questions, and receive reassurance from both facilitators and peers

Session Schedule

  • English Sessions: Every first and third Wednesday of the month, 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM
  • Spanish Sessions: Every second Wednesday of the month, 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM
