Our Neonatal Transport Service (NTS) provides rapid, expert care for critically ill newborns who need access to a Level IIIB Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Since 1994, we’ve been dedicated to safely transferring sick infants from community hospitals to our state-of-the-art facility, ensuring timely access to life-saving care.
Our neonatal transport team is available 24 hours a day, prepared to respond to requests within 30 minutes of acceptance. This rapid response ensures that critically ill newborns receive the specialized care they need as quickly as possible.
We work closely with referring hospitals, providing education and safety guidance to maintain the highest standards during every transfer.
Every transport is staffed by a team of specially trained professionals, including:
Our team’s expertise ensures that infants receive advanced, individualized care throughout the transport process.
Our neonatal transport incubators function as mobile intensive care units, equipped to support even the most fragile patients:
These features allow our team to provide safe, high-quality care during every transfer.
Hospitals and healthcare providers requesting neonatal transport are encouraged to contact our Neonatal Transport Service for a consultation. We guide referring teams through the transport process to ensure smooth, safe transfers for their patients.
