We want new nursing graduates to see PVHMC as an employer of choice because
of our commitment to continued learning and growing the careers of our
nurses. New nursing graduates enrolled in our Graduate Residency Nursing
Program, receive classroom instruction that incorporates simulations,
case studies, skills lab, debriefing and observational experiences in
addition to clinical experiences by well- trained mentors.
Investing in our Associates by supporting their professional growth is
part of our commitment to ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes,
developing leaders, and creating growth opportunities for our nurses.
