What is MYHEALTH Patient Portal?
MYHEALTH Patient Portal allows you to access your health information, including
test results, via the internet.
MYHEALTH Patient Portal allows health providers - such as the doctors who care
for you to share health information with each other, electronically, and
in a secure and timely manner. If you see multiple doctors who participate,
they can access a more complete picture of your health and, in turn, make
more informed treatment decisions.
The overall goal is for you to receive coordinated care more efficiently,
by providing participating care providers your health information where
and when they need it, without delay.
