Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center (PVHMC) Foundation recently held its 15th annual Wine Tasting at the Sheraton Fairplex Conference Center where over 400 attendees raised more than $70,000 to benefit the Hospitals’ neonatal intensive care (NICU) and pediatric units and Milestones Center for Childpeople holding up a $1 million sign Development. The proceeds will be used to purchase state-of-the-art equipment for these departments.

Upon arrival, guests received their own wine glasses to travel with them as they selected and tasted from among 200 featured wines from more than 30 vintners around the world. While swirling glasses to view the legs, color, and appearance, guests also enjoyed a specially designed menu of hors d’oeuvres curated to pair with each wine. Proceeds from wine purchases were donated back to the Hospital Foundation to support its neonatal intensive care (NICU) and pediatric units and Milestones Center for Child Development.

Since its inception 15 years ago, the Annual Wine Tasting event has raised more than $1 million for the hospital’s neonatal intensive care (NICU) and pediatric units and Milestones Center for Child Development, ensuring its tiniest and most vulnerable patients continue to receive quality care in a healing and supportive environment.
