What’s Included
Free sports injury evaluation by a Sports Medicine Physician
Free x-ray and on-site PT consultation when needed
Injury diagnosis and care recommendations
Referrals available for MRI, medical specialists, athletic rehab, and sport-specific diagnostic testing
Who Can Attend
Any athlete with a sports injury
Coaches or school athletic trainers may attend with the athlete to discuss treatment and return-to-play timelines
Athletes under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
Please dress appropriately to allow for easy examination

PPE sports physicals available for $60
