Our Sports Medicine Clinic offers free athletic injury screenings by a Sports Medicine Physician, including injury diagnosis, care recommendations, and free X-rays with on-site PT consultation when needed. Referrals to MRI, medical specialists, athletic rehab, and sport-specific diagnostic testing are available. Coaches or school athletic trainers may accompany the athlete to discuss the injury, treatment options, and time frames for return to play. Athletes should dress appropriately for examination. PPE sports physicals are also available for $60.

Athletes with sports injuries (parent or guardian must accompany athletes under age 18). Appointment required; no walk-ins. Call 909.865.9810 to schedule.
