The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have expanded emergency use authorization of the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines in children ages 6 months – 4 years. Vaccinating children against COVID-19 leads to better protection for your littlest family members against serious illness and hospitalization from COVID-19.
Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center will offer free Pfizer BioNTech vaccines at a Pediatric COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic for children ages 6 months – 4 years, only.

Registration Instructions:
Due to limited availability of this dosage of the vaccine, walk-ins will be accepted, however, appointments are recommended. To pre-register, please contact Leigh Cornell, FACHE, Vice President of Administration, at 909.630.7785 or leigh.cornell@pvhmc.org. Children must have a parent or legal guardian present at the time of vaccination.
