Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center is designated as an Emergency Department Approved for Pediatrics (EDAP) by the Los Angeles County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Agency, meaning our Emergency Department meets strict county and state standards for pediatric readiness.

As an EDAP hospital, we provide specialized pediatric emergency care with pediatric-trained physicians and nurses available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, along with child-appropriate equipment, clinical protocols, and resources designed specifically for infants, children, and adolescents.

Our team is experienced in treating a wide range of pediatric conditions, ensuring children receive timely, compassionate, and effective emergency care.
