Approved for Pediatrics (EDAP) by the Los Angeles County Emergency Medical
Services (EMS) Agency, meaning our Emergency Department meets strict county
and state standards for pediatric readiness.
As an EDAP hospital, we provide specialized pediatric emergency care with
pediatric-trained physicians and nurses available 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week, along with child-appropriate equipment, clinical protocols, and
resources designed specifically for infants, children, and adolescents.
Our team is experienced in treating a wide range of pediatric conditions,
ensuring children receive timely, compassionate, and effective emergency care.
Our Emergency Department now features dedicated pediatric spaces designed
to support the unique needs of children and their families.
These enhancements include a pediatric treatment room and a separate holding
area just for children and their families.
