PParticipate in decision-making regarding your care.
AAsk if your caregivers have washed their hands before providing care.
RRequest explanations of all tests and treatments you receive in clear, understandable terms.
TTell your doctor or nurse immediately if you notice any changes in your condition.
NNotice if caregivers check your identification before giving medication or performing a procedure.
EEnsure you understand your procedures, diagnosis, test results, and treatment plan.
RReview your medications and allergies with your caregivers.
