COVID-19 Vaccine

Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center is committed to protecting the health and safety of our patients, staff and community. Our hospital is actively participating in COVID-19 Vaccine Distribution in partnership with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (LACDPH).

At this time, LACDPH is permitting vaccine to be administered to designated first responders and healthcare workers in Phase 1A of its Vaccine Allocation plan, as well as Los Angeles County residents who are ages 65+. To book an appointment, visit: www.VaccinateLACounty.com.

Second Dose Information for Healthcare Workers

If you received the first dose of your vaccine here at PVHMC, you will need to come back in 21 days to receive the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine.

You will receive an email approximately 2-5 days prior to your scheduled second dose with information on how to register and the specific location of the clinic here at PVHMC. The email will come from the same sender in which you received your first dose confirmation email – “Vaccination Clinics.”
