Located inside the Rehabilitation Services Department on the first floor of the Robert and Beverly Lewis Outpatient Pavilion. Use the Willow Street parking entrance off Garey Avenue. Parking for Rehabilitation Services is available near the front of the Outpatient Pavilion.
