How to Apply

For the 2024 Match Cycle, all interviews will be held in person

Applicants with one of the following qualifications are eligible:

  • Graduates of medical schools in the United States and Canada accredited by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME).
  • Graduates of colleges of osteopathic medicine in the United States accredited by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).
  • Graduates of medical schools outside the United States and Canada*
    • Have received a currently valid certificate from the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG)
    • The foreign medical school is listed on:
      • World Federation for Medical Education (WFME) and the Foundation for Advancement of International Medical Education and Research (FAIMER) World
      • Directory of Medical Schools joint directory, or the World Directory of Medical Schools. https://search.wdoms.org/
    • A foreign medical school that has been approved by the Medical Board of California (Board). http://www.mbc.ca.gov/Applicants/Medical_Schools/Schools_Recognized.aspx

*Visa sponsorships NOT available.

Required for application: No paper applications will be accepted. Graduation from medical school is preferred to be within the last 5 years. We will consider earlier graduation with subsequent residency/clinical experience.

All applications to this program are to be submitted through ERAS. To apply for this program through ERAS you will be required to submit the following materials:

  • Personal Statement
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • USMLE or Comlex 1 and 2 scores
  • Medical School Transcript
  • Dean's Letter
  • 3 Current Letters of Recommendation
    • A Program Director letter from prior residency program, if applicable
  • ECFMG Certificate (if applicable)
  • Photograph (optional)
